Diana Kinnert
Diana Kinnert is a German politician and political consultant, a political bestselling writer and an entrepreneur in the field of green innovations and sustainable technologies. She became a member of the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) in 2009.
Her book "For the Future I See Black. A Plea for a Modern Conservatism" became a bestseller in 2017. She was also chosen for the prestigious St. Gallen Symposium, an annual global gathering of young leaders. In 2014 German Chancellor Merkel asked Ms. Kinnert to join the Federal Commission on Party Reform and to cochair the working group on youth. As a board member of the Young Federal Christian Democratic Employees’ Association, Ms. Kinnert plays a prominent role on youth issues at the regional, state and federal levels. She was previously Chief of Staff for the Vice President of the German Bundestag, Peter Hintze.
