Stephan A Jansen
Professor Stephan A Jansen is Head of the Center for Philanthropy & Civil Society at Karlshochschule, an international university in Germany. He has co-founded »Society for Digital & Social Transformation« with the name »Das 18te Kamel & Komplizen« (The 18th Camel & Accomplices)". He is also the co-founder of the »Society for Urban Mobility«.
He served as member of several advisory boards and does scientific consulting for corporates, foundations, education institutions as well as ministries and the German government like Chancellor Angela Merkel or the former Vice-Chancelor Peer Steinbrück.
He is author of more than 200 publications (including 25 books and edited anthologies), especially in the areas of organization, network, leadership and management theory, mergers & acquisitions, philanthropy as well as analyses of educational systems. He is also regular columnist in German daily and weekly journals (e.g. bimonthly in »Brand eins«) and co-editor of the »Zeitschrift für Management (ZfM)«.
